Donald is a genuine people person who understands and practices the art of the relationship. These relationships form the basis for many of the clients that have been served over the 6 years that Donald has been a part of Lexwan. Donald works hard to create awareness of the company and is constantly brainstorming new ideas to add value to the business.

When not in the office or meeting with clients, Donald enjoys the outdoors and engages in many sports associated with being outside. He loves wakeboarding on Lake Arianna, Snowboarding in Colorado, Surfing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, White Water Rafting, Rock Climbing, Kayaking, and Scuba Diving.

Donald was born in Winter Haven, FL and grew up in Auburndale. He graduated from Southeastern University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. One of his other numerous passions is that of an aspiring filmmaker. He loves some of the old TV shows like The Andy Griffith show and Bonanza and gets inspired by a good hero film like Gladiator or Braveheart.

In his downtime Donald enjoys reading books that challenge and motivate him toward a greater relationship with God. Some of the books that he’s read that have been pivotal in his life are: Purpose Driven Life, Wild at Heart, and Velvet Elvis.

Donald is a passionate entrepreneur who loves working with the other members of the Lexwan team to create a strong company that delivers an amazing product selection and service package. He consistently operates from the Dale Carnegie philosophy, which paraphrased says “Instead of trying to be interesting…be interested in others. If you are truly interested and concerned for someone else they can not help but find you interesting as well.”
