Marcus is a dynamic force within Lexwan and has worked hard to create a strong sales team and sales systems within the organization. He has a systematic approach to working with clients that allows for the greatest value proposition to be created. Marcus has worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors and has benefited from each as they have honed his skills and strengthened his experiences.

Marcus has been married to his wife Vanessa for 10 years. They have two beautiful girls, Emma and Ava that are the source of incredible joy for their family. When not in the office, Marcus enjoys camping, painting, or simply spending quality time with his family. He’s a sports fan who enjoys watching the Miami Hurricanes, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Orlando Magic. Marcus has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern University and Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regents University. He has always enjoyed understanding and evaluating systems and the manner in which relationships are created and how organizations function. Because of that, Marcus decided to dedicate his education, training, and experience to helping individuals and organizations better themselves. One of the sayings that best encapsulates Marcus’ personal philosophy is “From the forest itself comes the handle for the ax.”
