Ray is the founder and President of Lexwan. He began Lexwan to provide clients revolutionary technologies that would enhance the way information impacted their businesses. Ray is a problem solver who is always seeking new information that can help him serve his clients better. He loves finding solutions to problems and implementing those solutions to clear up bottlenecks in workflow processes.

Ray has been married to his wife Tamara for 11 years and they have two children, Kelvin and Courtney. They often take their family camping at one of the many freshwater springs in central Florida or to Disney World. Ray is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting turkey, deer, and hogs. He would love to someday go after bigger game in the form of moose, elk or even a bear. His favorite TV shows are pretty much anything on the History Channel or the Discovery Channel and he also reads a lot about green technologies. Ray enjoys landscaping and maintains a NAUI certification as a diver.

Ray received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Technology Systems from the University of South Florida. Then he earned a Masters degree in Management Information Systems also from the University of South Florida. Ray is a big advocate for gaining knowledge and information that helps Lexwan and their clients stay on the cutting edge of technology. This knowledge provides the backbone for creating innovations in technology that makes businesses more effective and more profitable.
